LOSS & GRIEF
Grief is a natural response to the loss of someone or something important to us. We may be grieving a loved one, going through a divorce, lost our job or a cherished dream. Grief can encompass a wide range of feelings from numbness to sadness, anger, guilt or even relief.
Depending on the loss and your previous experience with loss, you may feel many of these emotions at the same time. It's important to remember that although loss is universal, everyone grieves differently.
Grief counseling can help you to process loss in a healthy, meaningful way. Counseling at this time can provide you with a better understanding of your loss and allow you to be more compassionate with yourself while you grieve.
