Before your first appointment at Glenview Counseling Group you should take a few steps to ensure that your initial session goes smoothly.
If you are planning to use your insurance please click on the Fees & Insurance tab at the top of the page to understand the process for using your insurance or how to use your out-of-network benefits.
Prior to your initial session you should also click on the New Client Forms tab to the right and follow the instructions for filling out the forms. Please bring the completed forms to your first session so that we can start our session on time.
Please also bring your insurance card to the first session so that we have it on file and can call to confirm your benefits.
Scheduling Your First Session
If you know the name of the counselor you would like to meet with please go to the Contact page and either call or email that person directly. If you would like our intake coordinator to help you make a match based on style, availability or any other criteria, please leave a message in our general voicemail box at (847) 699-2490 x0 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
