Treatment Philosophy

"The lost home that we are seeking is ourselves; It is the story we carry within our soul." -Michael Meade

I see therapy as a gateway to strengthening our authentic self through healing, learning, acceptance, and growth. It is often through our self-proclaimed imperfections that we find the greatest gifts, insights, and points of focus that help us understand and become clear about the path we are walking and the possibilities that are before us. We have all known suffering, loss, trauma, and despair. These experiences may shape us but they do not have to define us.

You've taken a huge step in just coming here. If you are ready to start the process of self-discovery then I am here to support you.

  • I am experienced with couples, adult, child, adolescent, and parent coaching. I have worked with clients to tackle issues stemming from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, chronic or life threatening illness, life transitions, relationship conflicts, perinatal/postpartum, ADHD, eating disorders, addictions and LBGTQ + Affirming.

I specialize in Expressive Art Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Therapy. I have been trained as a Death Doula.

In my free time I enjoy participating in playback theater, reading, being in nature and connecting with friends & family.
